This page contains a link to our most recent OFSTED inspection report and our grading. Our report shows how the grading was reached and the overall OFSTED evaluation of our school.
This page also contains a link to the school and college performance tables service, where you are able to compare the academic results of all schools and colleges.
On this page you will find our most recent key stage 2 assessment results, with details of the percentage of pupils who have achieved the expected standard or above in reading, writing and maths; average progress in reading, writing and maths; an average ‘scaled score’ in reading and maths and a high level of attainment in reading, writing and maths.
We were inspected by Ofsted at the end of November 2016.
The inspection team agreed with our school self-evaluation and have judged us to be a GOOD school. The report captures the hard work and dedication of all our staff and stakeholders, and of the commitment our children have towards their education.
There is always room for improvement, and the inspection team also agreed that our priorities for school development were accurate and reflected our next steps to improve further.
Needless to say, we are all thrilled with the report and the recognition it provides. We deliver a very good quality of education at John Blandy Primary and our school is a happy, calm and safe place. I am incredibly proud of our school and all we have achieved together over the past three years. I look forward to building upon our strengths and further enhancing our provision in the years to come.
