Bread making
We have learned about the fire in 1666 starting in the bakery on Pudding Lane. This has inspired us to make our own bread. We have also been looking at instructions and writing our own in our English lessons. We had great fun making the bread this week.

Great Fire of London diary writing
We have been looking at diary writing over the past two weeks alongside our studies of the Great Fire of London. We know that Samuel Pepys is famous for recording the events in his diary and wanted to create our own. It was brilliant to write on antique paper (freshly tea-stained!).
