Here we are singing our favourite song from the play.
Thank you to all the families for the support with learning lines and songs.
We hope you enjoyed the performance this week.
From the Year 3 & 4 team

History visit to Kingston Bagpuize House

This term in History, we have been learning about our local area and also key events that have happened in the past in Oxford. Today, Walnut Class enjoyed a trip to Kingston Bagpuize House, where we had the opportunity to go inside the downstairs rooms and discover lots of interesting facts. Did you know the staircase is over 300 years old?

World Book Day 2024

Today we had great fun dressing up as different characters from our favourite books. During the day, we planned and wrote our own stories based on finding a castle when we were lost. At the end of the afternoon,  we shared our work with children in Year 1 and Year 2.

Art - Frankie Greig

We are looking at mixed media artwork and will be aiming to create our own self portraits in the same style as Frankie Greig this term.

Today we have looked at the shapes and colours of eyes using oil pastels. Have a look at our brilliant artwork below

DT - electrical circuits

This term in DT we have applied our science learning on electricity to making a light up card. This proved challenging when using more than one light but was great to see our projects come to life.
Well done Walnut. Have a look at some of our fantastic designs below:

Computing - Turtle Academy

In computing this term we have been learning how to write programming algorithms using Turtle Academy. We have built on the learning we did in term 1 on William Morris to create our own repeating patterns for wallpaper or wrapping paper.

Have a look at our fantastic work on the PDF below
